Sensitivity unevenness within the detection port has been significantly reduced. Material effects have been reduced and product passability has been greatly improved.

Auto PreChecker (Automatic pre-start inspection function)

In conventional machines, each coil was inspected one by one during the pre-start inspection, but by using a PreCheck Bar (special test bar) and dedicated software, a function to automatically check the detection reaction of each coil is now included as standard. .
We aim to simplify inspection work and improve productivity. You can also record your inspection results using an optional dedicated thermal printer.

7 inch large color LCD

A 7-inch large color LCD equipped with a PLC is used.
It has excellent visibility and operability, and in addition to the conventional sensitivity settings, language settings, history information, etc., it is now possible to set an administrator password and export history via USB.

Sensitivity level monitor

We have improved visibility at the monitor level. The detection position lamp is divided into 8 sections and accurately displays the location of foreign objects.

Super fine mode (patent numbers 5199725, 5324818)

Equipped with super fine mode, it improves the passage of accessories that are prone to false positive reactions by slowing down the conveyor speed. For accessories that do not cause false positives, we aim to improve the efficiency of meter reading at 40m/min, the fastest in the industry, and for products that generate false positives, we can adjust the meter reading in 1m/min increments between 40 and 15m/min.

environment mode

Determine whether the location where the meter reading machine is installed has any noise that could cause the meter to malfunction.
The auto pre-checker makes a self-judgment of the meter reading machine itself, and it is now possible to self-diagnose the installation location in environmental mode.

product guider

The product guider, which was previously an optional item, is now standard equipment.
The upper part of the sensor head, where there were many false positives due to product contact, is now covered, allowing you to safely inspect thick products.
