Laser automatic cutting machine KML-1713CV-C

The camera recognizes the outer circumference of sublimation-transferred printed parts and automatically cuts them at high speed and with high precision.

Since the outer circumferential line of the printed part is recognized with a camera and converted into data, there is no need for data from CAD, illustrator, etc.

Non-contact cutting with a laser eliminates cutting waste and allows for accurate cutting of even small shapes.

Laser cutting fuses the cut surface of the polyester material to prevent fraying.

We can also handle printed fabrics using a lithographic press or fabrics that have been rolled after printing with a drum press.

Automatic cutting is possible from small parts to long parts.

Lasers consume very little power and can be operated at low running costs.
